TRANSCRIPT
The transcript is sent by BHS directly to the college.
A $2.00 fee is required for all requests.
To request a transcript, follow the below process:
- Obtain a copy of the BHS TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM either from the guidance office or front office or by clicking on the underlined "BHS TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM" link above.
- Complete the form and return to the Career Center along with the $2 transcript fee and any necessary forms at least 2 weeks prior to the application deadline.
- If you want to confirm that the transcript was mailed-It is the student's responsibility to contact the BHS Guidance Office.
- It is recommended that you check your college application status-It is the student's responsibility to contact the college to check the status either online and/or by phone. Remember that the colleges need time to process the application/transcript.
